Humour has always had the useful habit of slipping past our defences. A comedian can expose an absurdity, puncture pomposity or illuminate some peculiar piece of human behaviour in a few minutes where a lengthy argument may fail completely.

This library brings together humour that has accumulated in my YouTube playlists over the years — material that made me laugh, think, recognise myself, recognise somebody else, or simply wonder how on earth the human race has survived this long.
